“Portrait of Miss Neity Jane” Acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas 24”x18”x1 1/2”. $295 My inspiration for this painting was a vintage black and white postcard from the early 20th century. I imagined this young woman to be full of life and color because of her hat with flowers which she was wearing when photographed. She was loving of her appearance!

I love mixed-media collage! It’s a great way to express your creativity while using already available materials. I have hand tinted old photographs and then added images I’ve cut out of magazines, recycled from old newspapers, decorative gift bags, tissue paper, etc. Each and everyone are one of a kind little pieces of art!
